General Description
Responsible to perform a dual role in a branch as needed, part as Bank Representative and part as Bank Consultant or Bank Host.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Bank Representative
Receives and pays out money, and keeps records of money and negotiable instruments involved in financial transactions.
Bank Consultant
Sells credit and deposits products analyzing and determining the client’s needs within the quality service established for branches.
Bank Host
Welcomes customers at branches and direct them to the appropriate service area, platform or operations. Offer customer orientation regarding banking products and services.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Education
- 60 Bachelor's Degree Credits Approved in Business Administration
Technical or Commercial Course in Banking Operations
Experience
At least two years of related experience.
Certifications / Licenses
No certifications or license needed.
