Teacher of Agriculture (NJDOE Certified) - Make a Difference for Students with DisabilitiesPineland Learning Center (NJDOE Approved Private School for Students with Disabilities) is seeking a passionate, collaborative Teacher of Agriculture to support students with behavioral and learning disabilities in grades K-12+. This is a meaningful opportunity to empower students through hands-on instruction that builds skills, confidence, and career readiness in a supportive school community.What You’ll DoDevelop and implement engaging agriculture-based lessons for diverse learnersDeliver hands-on instruction and real-world learning experiencesCreate a structured, supportive, and inclusive classroom environmentDifferentiate instruction for students with behavioral and learning disabilitiesCollaborate with teachers, clinicians, and support staff to meet student goalsTrack progress, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records (attendance/grades/behavior)RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Education, Agriculture, Science, or related fieldMust hold NJDOE Teacher of Agriculture certification (CE, CEAS, Provisional, or Standard)Experience with behavioral needs/special education strongly preferredStrong communication, organization, and classroom management skillsCommitment to student growth and positive outcomesMust obtain NJDOE Criminal History Background Check approvalTB testing requiredWhy Pineland?At Pineland Learning Center, you’ll join a collaborative team that values flexibility, trust, and student-centered support.
