ManpowerGroup Administrative Assistant in Vineland, New Jersey

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and distribution industry, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an integral part of the customer service and sales support team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, effective time management, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Vineland, NJ

Pay Range: $20

Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

  • Assist customers and sales professionals in all aspects of the customer service process.

  • Answer phone calls and emails for customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Assist with entering and editing sales orders daily using Outlook and other relevant tools.

  • Review and research account and sales order information regarding deliveries, stock, credit, and pricing.

  • Coordinate with sales representatives and merchandise teams to facilitate deliveries and special orders.

What's Needed?

  • Proficiency in Outlook and good typing skills at 40 WPM.

  • Excellent grammar and communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic administrative skills, including obtaining invoice copies and purchase order confirmations.
