Low Rent Housing Agency of Villisca, Iowa is seeking a highly qualified and motivated individual to serve as its Executive Director. This is a full-time position with benefits.
Villisca Housing Authority operates 44 public housing units split between two locations in Villisca. The candidate should have management experience in public and affordable housing, a strong understanding of finance, human resources, property management, and community development. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Authoritys operations and supervising a small staff. A minimum of a Bachelors or Associates degree or equivalent work experience is required. Salary will commensurate with experience and education, and will include benefits such as IPERS retirement, paid vacation, and sick leave.
