What You'll Be Doing
Adhere to all company, site, and regulatory safety rules, including PPE use, traffic control, lockout/tagout, and environmental procedures.
Operate frontend loaders Komatsu WA600, Komatsu WA500 and Cat 980M to load haul trucks, feed crushers, and move bulk materials around the site.
Perform basic housekeeping and routine maintenance, including fueling, lubricating, and cleaning the loader and work area.
Conduct daily prestart and postshift inspections, checking fluids, tires, attachments, and safety systems, and report defects or required repairs.
Load trucks to correct weights and follow site procedures for scales, tickets.
What Are We Looking For
Previous experience operating loaders or other heavy equipment in aggregates environment preferred.
Knowledge of safe operating practices, site traffic rules, and basic equipment mechanics.
Ability to work in outdoor conditions (dust, noise, varying weather) and perform physically demanding tasks, including climbing in and out of equipment.
Strong situational awareness and commitment to safety, with the ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly by radio and in person.
Reliable and self-motivated approach to daily tasks and responsibilities.

- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
