The Impact You'll Make
Rattaché au Directeur du site, le Responsable Industrialisation & Méthodes Industrielles pilote la conception, l’optimisation et la standardisation des process de production afin d’assurer la performance industrielle du site. Il/elle supervise les projets d’industrialisation, garantit le respect des standards qualité, coûts, délais, et accompagne les équipes dans la montée en compétences technique et en cadence.

What You’ll Be Doing
Piloter l’industrialisation : définition des process, rédaction des dossiers, validations prototypes/pré‑séries/séries, conformité qualité & réglementaire.
Optimiser les méthodes : analyse des performances, définition des temps standards, équilibrage lignes, ergonomie et déploiement d’outils Lean (5S, SMED, VSM…).
Mener les projets techniques : introduction de nouveaux équipements, coordination multi‑métiers, suivi budgets/plannings/risques et sécurisation du transfert en production.
Manager l’équipe Méthodes/Industrialisation (ingénieurs, techniciens, alternants) et développer les compétences.
Assurer le support technique terrain : expertise ateliers, résolution de problèmes (8D, QRQC), sécurité et ergonomie.
What We're Looking For
Bac +5 (ingénieur ou équivalent) en génie industriel, mécanique ou domaine similaire.
Anglais professionnel C1 impératif.
Expérience minimum 5 ans , dont 2 à 3 ans en management d’équipes techniques.
Expérience dans le secteur automobile fortement souhaitée (environnement qualité & process exigeants).
