Position Summary Information
Job Description Summary: Mentor and supervise AAP Summer Bridge undergraduate students in a residential setting. Develop and implement programming to aid in students' transition from high school to college.
Requirements: Required Qualifications . Experience as a mentor and/or group leader. . Experience developing and/or implementing programming and/or events. . Knowledge of Villanova resources. . Record of reliable participation in CASA. . Conscientiousness. . Capacity to lead. . Ability to address conflicts calmly. . Creativity in program development as well as problem solving. . Willingness to collaborate closely with peers and staff. . Willingness to work closely with AAP students and give attention to their well-being. Preferred Qualifications . Expertise in time management.
