In HR Administration team, we are carrying out a key project: the transition from manual processes to a digital model integrated into SAP through the implementation of our HR Portal.

We are looking for an intern who wants to learn and contribute in a dynamic environment.

HR Student

Your Tasks

Support in daily personnel administration tasks related to absences, time recording, permits, remote-work, and holidays.
Collaborate in the review and analysis of time-related data.
Assist in preparing the migration of processes to HR Portal in SAP.
Document processes, workflows, and project requirements.
Participate in system testing, validations, and functional reviews.
Support HR Administration team in process improvement and automation.
Provide basic assistance and support to employees during the change process.

Your Profile
Degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar.
Interest in HR digitalization and information systems.
Good skills in Excel.
English language skills. Fluency in Portuguese.
Analytical skills, organization, and attention to detail.
Proactivity, eagerness to learn, teamplayer.

Desirable skills:
Knowledge of SAP HCM or time management tools.
Interest in digital transformation or process automation projects.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
