Mars SRM Leader PPA (m/f/d) 7 months assignment / maternity cover in Vienna, Austria

Job Description:

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in Revenue Management, Pricing/ PPA commercial or analytical roles or consulting

  • Experience in Price Pack Architecture and Portfolio Management

  • Proven track record of delivering measurable revenue and margin impact

  • advanced analytical skills (e.g. pricing analytics, elasticity modeling, financial modeling)

  • experience working in FMCG, retail or consumer-driven industries preferred

  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capabilities

  • ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies

  • Minimum Bachelor´s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field

What would be your key responsibilities?

  • Define and continuously refine company´s price pack architecture

  • Create a long-term Strategy for our SRM Lever PPA for profitable value and volume growth. This includes collaboration across all functions to deliver a long-term and holistic approach, ensuring category, consumer, customer, company and competitive impacts are well-understood and integrated within recommendations and execution plans.

  • Develop a tangible Y+1 Execution Plan for PPA (per cell and market)

  • Chair the cross-functional SRM Council (lead for PPA). This includes ensuring regular monitoring and assessment of value creation performance versus plan, development of strategic SRM recommendations and project management of cross-functional activities in collaboration with other Demand functions (through Annual Plan and S&OP+ process cycles).

  • Drive digitalization agenda for the SRM lever PPA via deployment and continuous optimization of PPA Edge in close collaboration with regional ODDA team
