Operating out of Berlin, Palo Alto, San Francisco, Miami and Vienna, i5 has established over 250 strategic partnerships and international M&A transactions with companies such as Google, Salesforce, Verisign, Samsung, Cisco, Telefónica, NBC, Naspers, Volkswagen, Amdocs, IAC, Pfizer/Zoetis, Microsoft, Facebook, Nvidia, Airbus, Toronto Stock Exchange, and many other global tier-1 technology giants.

We work with companies that shape industries and help them scale globally.

We are now looking for a hands-on Global Digital Marketing Manager to build and execute our marketing activities - from strategy execution and content to events, design and analytics - and strengthen i5's visibility and positioning across key ecosystems.

Your Qualifications:

• Based in Vienna, on-site

• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)

• 4-10 years of relevant experience in online marketing, ideally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment (agency, startup or similar)

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, SEO and content creation

• Optional add-on: experience in event planning, direct marketing, PR, social media

• Significant experience and strong skills in creating visual and written content (image, video, copy) for social media, ads, events and marketing materials (e.g. Adobe Suite, Canva or similar tools)

• Highly hands-on, structured and fast in execution

• Comfortable working with tools and learning new systems quickly

• High level of ownership, creativity, and ability to drive topics independently

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Strong project management skills

• Experience with WordPress

• Experience with SEO, GEO

• Love working with an international, ambitious team

Your Tasks:

• Drive global marketing initiatives

• Plan and implement performance marketing activities

• Create and manage content across channels (website, social media, newsletters etc.)

• Design visual assets for social media posts, ads, direct marketing, event materials and marketing collateral

• Drive, execute and support the positioning and visibility of the i5 brand across markets, including media placements, relevant rankings, PR

• Plan and execute events (e.g. conferences, VC/founder events, dinners) including logistics, all related marketing and design materials

• Lead, maintain and further develop the website (content, structure, SEO updates, Google Business Profile)

• Track relevant KPIs, derive actionable optimizations and report on marketing performance and budget

• Manage and steer external partners

• Create and maintain marketing materials and templates to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints globally

• Support employer branding initiatives including careers page and recruiting-related content

• Monitor market trends and relevant industry developments
