Department: Food & Beverage

Reports to: F&B Venues General Manager

Contract: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Schedule: Flexible working hours with monthly shift rotation

Salary: From €2,800 gross/month (overpayment possible depending on qualifications)


Position Summary

As Floor Manager – Restaurant & Bar , you are responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of our restaurant, bar and in-room dining service during your assigned shifts. You ensure excellent service execution, high guest satisfaction, and efficient coordination of the service team. This role requires strong operational leadership, flexibility, and hands-on involvement during busy service periods.


Key Responsibilities

Service & Shift Management

  • Supervise daily service operations across restaurant, bar and in-room dining
  • Allocate sections, assign tables, manage reservations and coordinate service flow
  • Schedule breaks and ensure adequate shift coverage
  • Lead staff briefings and handover communication at the end of each shift
  • Support the team during peak service periods

Guest Experience

  • Ensure Hilton service standards are consistently met
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • Monitor order accuracy, POS corrections and service quality

Operational Coordination

  • Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar teams
  • Check and support functions, events and special setups
  • Assist with functions planning and execution
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of back-of-house areas
  • Conduct monthly inventory checks
  • Prepare purchase order requests when required

Team Leadership & Development

  • Support onboarding of new Team Members
  • Provide basic training and on-the-job coaching
  • Monitor service performance and report operational challenges
Your Profile
  • Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within hospitality
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • High level of guest orientation and service excellence
  • Ability to work flexible hours and rotating shifts
  • Confident handling of POS systems
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit
  • Hands-on mentality and calm approach under pressure

Your minimum gross monthly salary is based on the collective agreement for employees in the hotel and catering industry, with a guaranteed overpayment according to your experience and skills.
