Provider Solutions & Development Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Family Medicine in Victorville, California
St. Mary High Desert Medical Group is seeking a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join their Family Medicine team in Victorville, California. This role offers the opportunity to establish lasting patient relationships by managing your own patient panel. This is a Family Medicine role focused on working with patients from Pediatrics to Geriatrics. Full-time 5-days, 8-hour shift with 1 remote admin day
Outpatient care
Family Medicine role focused on patients with acute conditions: sore throats, coughs, and pain
Experience required
Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
Acute care experience is required, a minimum of 1 year of experience
HCC and Medicare Annual Wellness experience is required
Compensation is between $148,639 and $201,225 per year
The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
