Ramsey Electronics, LLC RF Application Technician in Victor, New York
Ramsey Electronics LLC is hiring an RF Application Technician for an immediate, permanent opening. Were a growing small business with a long track record as a global leader in our niche RF industry.
What You'll Do: Advise customers on custom enclosure configuration, delivering support and recommendations via phone and email. Maintain and document the company's current catalog of RF and electronic products. Troubleshoot, repair, and final-test RF shielded test enclosures. Test electronic equipment using spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, RF generators, and multimeters. Support and document existing products; assist with new product development. Provide technical support to customers via phone and email. Work directly with engineers, sales, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues. Manage test reports, data analysis, and light manufacturing/assembly tasks.
Required Qualifications: AS/AAS/AOS in Electronics or military-trained RF technician 2-5 years of RF industry experience. Strong understanding of RF principles and electronic components. Hands-on troubleshooting, soldering, and equipment repair experience. Comfortable working independently in a small company environment. Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Preferred:
Experience with Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs). Salesforce familiarity. Production manufacturing experience.Compensation & Benefits:
