Job Title: Supervisor/Process Technician Job Description
Join our manufacturing leadership team as a Supervisor/Process Technician, where you'll foster a culture of continuous improvement. Manage the daily operations of the production floor, collaborate with management to identify and execute long-term improvement strategies, and meet customer demand effectively. Ensure daily shift performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and 5S within our injection molding facility.
Responsibilities
Manage daily shift performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and 5S.
Oversee assigned personnel, materials, equipment, and administrative functions to achieve departmental goals.
Work with Haitian and Arburg injection molding machines ranging from 50-500 tons.
Complete process and setup sheets.
Provide technical support for production and troubleshoot non-conforming processes.
Initiate actions to prevent non-conformities related to product, process, and quality systems.
Essential Skills
3 years of supervision experience in a manufacturing setting.
1-2 years of plastic injection molding experience.
Mechanical aptitude and process technician experience.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift and/or move 50 lbs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with injection molding, machine operating, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with processing, change outs, and packaging.
Leadership and supervision capabilities.

Work Environment
Work in a dynamic environment with multiple shift options: '4th shift' (weekend shift: Thursday-Saturday, transitioning to Saturday-Monday), '5th shift' (weekend shift: Thursday-Saturday, transitioning to Friday-Sunday), or 2nd shift (Monday-Friday). Training will be provided on the 1st shift. Enjoy a casual dress code on Fridays and a temperature-controlled facility.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $52000.00/yr.
