Position Summary
As an Operations Strategy Consultant , you will have an impact on key decisions that will shape Nestlé’s operations footprint across the globe and businesses.
A Day in the Life of an Operations Strategy Consultant
Identify opportunities to address the business needs and enhance operations capabilities to achieve long term competitiveness and profitable growth
Drive global supply network design and capital allocation to achieve company objectives
Drive the overall analytical approach in line with the project investment objectives
Challenge and derive conclusions and provide actionable recommendations
Present impactful recommendations to Top Management
What will make you successful
University degree in finance, business, economics or engineering (MBA is a plus)
Solid experience in a strategy consulting group, finance or operations functions preferably in the FMCG sector
Experience in a project driven environment
Motivation to learn about Operations, and Manufacturing processes
Proven analytical capabilities and ability to distil information and present conclusions clearly
Excellent team player, self-motivated with a “can do” attitude and outstanding communication skills
Fluent in English, any other language a plus
