Aerotek Set Up Operator: 22 An Hour in Versailles, Kentucky
Experience Level
Entry LeveThis role is ideal for candidates with mechanical aptitude who enjoy working directly with equipment, troubleshooting minor issues, and supporting consistent, high‑quality production.
Primary Responsibilities
Set up, load, and unload production equipment in Clave and Prepress areas
Support production changeovers and ensure equipment is properly staged and running
Monitor process flow and verify material levels at robots and final lines
Perform visual inspections, flashlight checks, and wet-on testing to verify quality
Assist with trimming operations and material handling during production runs
Identify and report equipment or process issues to leads or supervisors
Maintain accurate setup, quality, and production documentation
Manage cullet boxes and material movement within assigned areas
Assist with training and supporting new operators during setup and operations
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Versailles, KY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
