Minimum Job Requirements Physical- capable of lifting 40 lbs. safely or with assistance. Capability of standing and bending over for long periods of time while performing manual labor with or without reasonable accommodation. Job Duties and Responsibilities Timely completion of job functions. Adhere to ISO-9001 quality systems. Produce customer parts and products in accordance with the established safety, quality, and cost standards of the company. Authority to operate company forklift if trained. Authority to setup workstations and equipment. Responsible for producing quality workmanship, which meets or exceeds requirements. Grind and finish parts in conformance with specifications and meet daily required production assignments. Be familiar with the customer\'s cosmetic standard and apply this standard when visually inspecting all production parts and components. Responsible to be familiar with the Dirt Estimation Chart. Work independently with some supervision. Operate Hand Tools, Stroke Sanders, Kuhlmeyer, and Bead Blasting equipment. Work well with coworkers in a team environment. Proficient in one to two finishing procedures while continuing training in the other finishing procedures. Contribute to Monthly Scrap Log. Understand the Quality Policy and Quality Objectives.
