1. Training & Development
Develop and deliver training programs on Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and other CI methodologies
Facilitate workshops, simulations, and hands-on improvement events
Create training materials, SOPs, and e-learning modules
Coach managers and frontline teams on CI tools and problem-solving techniques
2. Process Improvement
Identify process inefficiencies using data analysis and root cause methodologies
Lead Kaizen events and cross-functional improvement projects
Implement waste reduction, cycle time improvement, and quality enhancement initiatives
Track KPIs and measure improvement impact
3. Change Management
Promote a culture of continuous improvement
Support departments during transformation initiatives
Mentor CI champions and Green Belts
4. Data & Reporting
Collect and analyze operational data
Develop dashboards and performance reports
Present improvement results to leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
3–7 years of experience in process improvement or operations engineering
Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in training or facilitation
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of ERP/MES systems
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, Power BI)
Project management experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
