Position: Senior Supply Chain Sustainability Lead x-Segment DACH
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Sustainability Lead to drive our supply chain sustainability strategy. In this senior role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that reduce environmental impact across our supply chain, ensuring we meet both corporate goals and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of sustainability strategies within the supply chain, including carbon reduction, supply chain efficiency and circular economy practices.
Collaborate with customers, procurement, logistics, and supplier teams to integrate sustainability practices.
Manage Sustainability/ Innovation Projects (internal & external)
Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain sustainability goals.
Engage with external stakeholders, suppliers, and industry partners to foster innovation and best practices.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with sustainability standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Min 5+ years of experience in sustainability, preferably in supply chain or operations.
Proven track record of leading sustainability initiatives that delivered measurable business impact.
Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, carbon accounting, and ethical sourcing standards.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels.
