At UCLA Health, you can do all this and more with a
primary focus in oncology patients. Maintenance and review of patient
medication profiles; reviewing and verifying physician medication orders and
patient medical record; and checking of IV products. Interacting with
healthcare professionals and providers to help promote safe medication use,
prevent inappropriate or misuse of medications; provide clinical pharmacy
services (e.g., pharmacokinetic dosing, therapeutic interchange, IV/PO
conversions, clinical protocols per pharmacy and pharmacist
interventions).

Schedule: Monday-Friday, variable hours (hours may vary based on departmental needs). You are required to have the ability to travel to multiple work sites within UCLA Health.
Hourly Salary Range: $91.06-$106.67
Bargaining Unit: HX-UPTE
Qualifications
We are seeking an exceptionally-skilled and compassionate
pharmacist with the following qualifications:
Doctor of Pharmacy Degree
California Pharmacy license
ASHP-accredited PGY2 oncology residency or at least a minimum of 1 year of pharmacy practice experience in oncology
Recent clinical oncology experience (within 5 years)
Board Certification in Oncology (BCOP) preferred
Previous infusion pharmacy experience preferred
EPIC/Beacon experience preferred
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational and follow-through skills
Knowledge of and ability to perform age specific and disease specific pharmacokinetic calculations
Required to have the ability to travel to multiple work sites within UCLA Health
