Now Hiring: Home Health Scheduler We are seeking a reliable, organized, and dedicated (Part Time- could go to Full Time) Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating care services and supporting daily operations across multiple locations. Responsibilities: * Schedule and coordinate home health staff assignments efficiently * Communicate with caregivers, clients, and office team members * Manage last-minute changes and ensure continuity of care * Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation Requirements: * Must be comfortable receiving after-hours calls and text messages from the owner and team * Must be willing to commute between our Venice and Sarasota offices as needed * Must be available to be on-call during weekends (On-Call weekend pay will be discussed at interview) * Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities * Must have High School diploma / some college or trade school knowledge What We’re Looking For: * Dependable and flexible team player * Professional attitude with strong attention to detail * Prior scheduling or healthcare experience preferred.
