Business Development Center (BDC) / Internet Sales Representative

Our fast-growing dealership is looking for BDC / Internet Sales Representatives to handle incoming internet leads, connect with customers, and set sales appointments for our team. This is a high-volume opportunity with strong earning potential for motivated individuals.

What You’ll Do
Respond quickly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom prospects
Schedule and confirm sales appointments
Follow up with customers who haven’t purchased yet
Build relationships with current and past customers to generate repeat business
Log and track customer interactions in our CRM system
Provide excellent customer service to help maintain top customer satisfaction scores
Work with the Internet Sales Director and team to improve sales and customer engagement processes
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and phone skills
Positive attitude and money-motivated mindset
Organized and comfortable with computers/CRM systems
Customer service or sales experience is a plus (but we will train the right person)
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
