Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
The Warehouse Worker accurately picks and prepares customer orders, organizes inventory, and supports smooth warehouse operations using RF scanning equipment. This role focuses on efficient, safe, and organized handling of products at ground level within a clean and well-maintained facility.
Responsibilities
Pick customer orders by hand with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Organize shelves and racks to maintain a tidy, logical, and easily accessible inventory layout.
Bag loose quantities of product to ensure items are secure, clearly identified, and ready for shipment.
Check barcode labels to confirm they are readable and correctly applied for RF scanning and order tracking.
Use RF scanners to locate, pick, and confirm items according to work orders and inventory records.
Follow work orders and instructions to complete picking and stocking tasks in the correct sequence and timeframe.
Stock and replenish inventory in designated locations to support efficient order fulfillment.
Assist with general production and warehouse tasks as needed to support daily operations.
Maintain an organized work area and follow all safety guidelines while working at ground level.
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to resolve inventory or order issues.
Operate a forklift when trained and authorized, if required by daily tasks.
Essential Skills
At least 2 years of warehouse experience, including hands-on order picking and general warehouse operations.
At least 2 years of RF scanning experience for locating, picking, and tracking inventory.
Proven experience with order picking in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Strong organizational skills to maintain orderly shelves, racks, and inventory areas.
Ability to follow work orders accurately and complete tasks within established timelines.
Experience with inventory handling, stocking, and general production activities.
Ability to read and verify barcode labels to ensure they are accurate and scannable.
Comfort working on the warehouse floor at ground level for the duration of the shift.
Attention to detail and accuracy when picking, bagging, and labeling products.
Ability to work the 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. shift as scheduled.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Forklift experience is a nice-to-have and may be beneficial for expanded responsibilities.
Experience working in a clean, organized warehouse environment.
Capability to work both independently and as part of a team to meet operational goals.
Willingness to support general production tasks in addition to core picking and stocking duties.

Work Environment
The role is based in a clean, bright, and open warehouse designed for efficient and comfortable daily work. All tasks take place at ground level, minimizing the need for work at heights. The standard schedule runs from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., supporting an afternoon-to-evening shift structure. You will work with RF scanners and standard warehouse equipment, and may use a forklift if trained and authorized. The facility emphasizes organization, safety, and a well-maintained workspace to support focused and productive shifts.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.92 - $19.92/hr.
