We are hiring a Reach Truck & Order Picker Operator in Vaughan, Ontario!
Job Description
This position involves operating a reach truck and order picker at a bustling plumbing distribution center. You will be expected to adhere to all safety standards, including the use of a harness. While the majority of your time will be spent on material handling equipment, you should be comfortable with some physical labor as needed.
Responsibilities
Operate reach truck and order picker efficiently and safely.
Ensure compliance with all safety standards, including the use of a harness.
Perform physical tasks as required, such as lifting and moving heavy items.
Utilize RF scanners for picking, shipping, and receiving tasks.
Engage in general production and warehouse activities including loading and packing.
Essential Skills
At least 2 years of experience with material handling equipment, specifically reach trucks and order pickers.
At least 2 years of warehouse forklift experience.
Experience with RF scanning technology.
Ability to lift items weighing over 50 pounds.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Forklift certification for Reach Truck and Order Picker is preferred.
