Job Title: Material Handling Equipment Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Material Handling Equipment Operator to join a dynamic team at a busy plumbing distributor. The successful candidate will operate reach trucks and order pickers, adhering to all safety standards. This role involves significant time on equipment, with some physical work required.
Responsibilities
Operate reach trucks and order pickers efficiently and safely.
Follow all safety standards, including wearing a harness.
Perform physical tasks as needed, such as lifting heavy items.
Utilize RF scanners for inventory management.
Handle shipping and receiving duties, including loading and packing.
Essential Skills
2+ years of experience with material handling equipment, specifically reach trucks and order pickers.
2+ years of experience in warehouse forklift operations.
Proficiency in using RF scanners.
Ability to lift over 50 pounds.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Forklift certification for reach truck and order picker is preferred.
Work Environment
The position offers a day shift from 5:00am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vaughan, ON.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.97 - $21.97/hr.
