Trailside Grill Cold Line Cook (Sundays)
Responsibilities:
Perform opening and closing kitchen duties for food service operation. Be knowledgeable of food and beverage menu items, modifiers and allergens. Assemble salads and paninis. Ability to work panini grill. Prepare and cook food with consistent quality to meet guest expectations. Ability to multitask at your work station. Assemble food orders. Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen. Adhere to all Wyoming County Health Department code requirements for food safety. Keep a clean and professional appearance.
Qualifications:
Team player Require little supervision to stay on task Positive personality Punctual attendance Excellent math and communication skills. Ability to walk and stand throughout the shift Be able to lift 40 pounds Able to use kitchen display system to view-bump guest orders. Attention to detail is a MUST. Must be at least 16 years old.
