General Laborer
Job Duties:
Assist with upkeep of Hidden Valley property. Pick up wood in park. Use equipment to trim weeds, mow lawns, mow weeds/grass in animal areas and remove rocks from animal areas. Remove fallen trees. Power wash sidewalks. Paint outside areas. Wash outside compressors and filters. Clean decking. Fill potholes. Able to run edger. Perform other maintenance duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Punctual attendance. Able to take direction. Able to maintain equipment and use properly/safely. Require little supervision to stay on task. Team player. Attention to detail is a MUST! Able to stand for long periods of time. Able to operate a string trimmer for a period of time. Able to lift 50 pounds. Must be at least 16 years of age to operate power driven equipment.
