This is a hybrid role for our office in Varna, Monday-Friday, 11:00 - 19:30
About the Role
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys learning fast, thinking differently, and taking on new challenges, even if Payroll isn’t your background (yet).
In this role, you’ll help drive results by turning data into insight, exploring how AI and automation can improve the way we work, and partnering closely with external vendors and internal teams. You’ll be trusted to ask smart questions, challenge the status quo, and bring fresh ideas to complex problems.
We’re looking for someone with strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and energy, someone who is excited to grow their understanding of the Payroll and vendor management space and who enjoys finding creative, practical solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Learn the landscape, then improve it
Build an understanding of our Payroll ecosystem and vendor partnerships, and use that knowledge to identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and outcomes.
• Turn data into insight
Analyse trends, spot risks, and connect the dots to support clear, confident decision making—without needing to be the subject matter expert on day one.
• Use modern tools to work smarter
Explore how AI, automation, and digital tools can simplify processes, enhance reporting, and unlock new ways of working, always in line with company policies.
• Create clear, compelling outputs
Produce high quality analysis, reports, and presentations using Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint), translating complex information into simple, actionable messages.
• Strengthen our partner ecosystem
Work closely with vendor partners to drive service quality, accountability, and continuous improvement, helping them succeed while meeting our business needs.
• Bring ideas, not just execution
Contribute creative thinking and practical suggestions—challenging existing approaches and helping shape better solutions for the future.

Payroll experience is a bonus, not a requirement.

The pay range for this position is €14,400.00 to €19,450.00. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
