H&H Tube Maintenance Technician 1st and 2nd Shift in Vanderbilt, Michigan
Maintenance Technician 1st and 2nd Shift - $17- $22 - Vanderbilt, MI
Responsible for preventative maintenance of production machinery to gain knowledge and skills necessary to troubleshoot, and have a good understanding of the machine capability. Repairs and maintains machinery such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and productions machines and equipment. Maintains and repairs structures of buildings and maintains grounds.
*Maintenance Technician Responsibilities: *• Observe and listen to equipment to locate cause of trouble • Adjusts functional parts and control instruments as necessary • Troubleshooting defective or damaged machinery • Lubricate and clean parts • Test performance of machinery • Install special functional and structural parts • Clean internal areas of building • Maintain and repair buildings plumbing and electrical systems • Replacing defective parts • Snow removal and outdoor maintenance
* Maintenance Technician Qualifications: *• High School Diploma or GED • 1-3 years of related experience
• Good oral and written communication skills • Able to read blueprints • Willingness to be a team player and help others
• Knowledge of Windows, MS Word, MS Excel and other PC communications tools is desirable • Must have a valid Driver's License
• Experience with Manufacturing Processes • Experience with Ark Flash, Elevated Platforms, Electrical Safety, Power Tools, Forklift, Crane Safety, and Chemical Safe handling
