H&H Tube Customer Service Representative in Vanderbilt, Michigan
This position reports to our Customer Service Manager This position would be responsible for the following, but not limited to once these responsibilities are met.
- Receives customer information regarding item to be quoted by phone, fax and email.
- Writes quote replies and quote letters for Customer Service Manager's review.
- Processes new customer paperwork, Writes new item number paperwork.
- Prepares and enters customer orders, Verifies customer orders by acknowledgement.
- Tracks and verifies customer pricing, Tracks and verifies customer order status.
- Handles customer service for invoices
- Filing: Invoices, quotes, purchase orders, acknowledgements and various correspondences.
- Scanning and/or Hyperlinking quotes to Quote Log.
- Writing quote replies and quote letters for Customer Service Manager's review.
- Verifying customer orders by H&H acknowledgement.
- With the Supervisor's approval, printing and mailing mass mailings for customers, providing price change notifications to customers, providing order status information to customers.
- Strong excel skills are a must.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications: • High School Diploma or Equivalent • Well-versed in Microsoft Excel • Problem solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Teamwork oriented • Leadership skills
