Position Overview
The Unarmed Field Supervisor provides leadership and support to security officers across multiple client sites while maintaining a professional security presence. This role helps ensure officers follow post orders, respond to incidents appropriately, and maintain high service standards.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct regular and random patrols of client sites
Support and supervise on-duty officers across multiple locations
Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies when needed
Monitor properties and report hazards, suspicious activity, or unusual occurrences
Perform site inspections and quality checks
Operate emergency equipment if required
Document nightly operations and complete incident and supervisory reports
Investigate and report security breaches or disturbances
Basic Requirements
Must be at least 25 years of age
Active Guard License through WA DOL required
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Leadership ability and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation
Active cellphone
Clean criminal background
Ability to pass a drug screening
Physical & Mental Job Requirements
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively , especially during emergencies
Ability to read and interpret written information in various situations
Ability to drive a motor vehicle during the course of duties if required
Ability to detect emergency sounds , alarms, and distress signals
Ability to walk, stand, run, climb, and sit for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. if required
Must be able to make quick decisions during emergency situations
