Supply Chain Packaging Team Supervisor - 2nd Shift
Job Description
Overview
This role will serve as a frontline supervisor providing team leadership and functional expertise.
Responsibilities
Monday - Friday
2nd Shift Hours: 2:00pm-11:00pm
Provides daily work direction to frontline associates
Uses technical systems for reporting and analytics
Leads daily performance meetings
Conducts performance coaching, provides individual feedback, and issues corrective action
Makes daily decisions impacting the business
Handles all team performance and personnel issues
Manages time and payroll systems
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $54,700 - $82,050.
Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.
Paid time off in accordance with policy is subject to eligibility and includes vacation, holiday, sick, bereavement and parental leave.
Vacation: for eligible full-time employees, a minimum of 15 paid vacation days.
Holidays: for eligible full-time employees, the company provides 10 paid holidays annually.
Sick Leave: for eligible full- time employees, 10 days (80 hours) of paid sick leave benefits are available for absences related to non-job-related injury. Sick leave benefit will be accrued during your first year at 1 day for each month worked in that calendar year.
Bereavement Leave: In the event of a death of an immediate family member, full-time and part-time regular employees are eligible to receive up to three (3) consecutive working days with pay.
Parental Leave: for eligible employees, the company offers paid parental leave for up to 6 weeks to allow for a time of bonding with their newborn or newly adopted child.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Associate's degree or equivalent background preferred
Experience in Manufacturing or Logistics Preferred
3+ Years' experience in Supervising Others Preferred
Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Experience in Coaching and Monitoring Performance of Others -- Take Others With You
Able to Instruct and Teach Others
Skills in Organizing, Planning and Prioritizing Work
Troubleshooting and Problem Solving Capabilities
Knowledge of General Regulatory & Safety Processes and Procedures
Mechanical and Technical Aptitude
