Pay: $26.44-$38.79 / hr Schedule: Mon - Fri; day shift Location: Vancouver, WA | HP Campus What this job involves: The Senior Operations Coordinator supports day-to-day site operations by coordinating operational activities, communications, readiness efforts, and administrative execution across facilities and workplace support services. This role is designed for an experienced coordinator who can work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive follow-through across multiple workstreams. This position reports to the Assistant Facilities Manager and partners closely with the broader site team to ensure consistent service delivery and operational discipline. What your day-to-day looks like: Coordinate daily operations and service activities- Track service requests, site tasks, and operational priorities to ensure timely execution under Assistant Facilities Manager direction Manage operational communications- Draft, distribute, and maintain accurate site notices, updates, and communications to appropriate audiences Maintain data and administrative support- Collect operational data, track expenses, maintain work order records, and prepare reports for site leadership Serve as stakeholder liaison- Act as point of contact for employees and service providers on operational questions, requests, and coordination needs Coordinate vendor management- Schedule vendor access, track follow-up activities, and support service execution across providers Support project initiatives- Coordinate logistics, timelines, documentation, and track action items for site-level projects and initiatives Identify and escalate issues- Monitor for risks, service gaps, or operational concerns and elevate to management with clear context and recommendations Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in operations coordination, facilities support, workplace services, or a related role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and reliable follow-through. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Experience supporting facilities or workplace operations in a corporate environment. Familiarity with CMMS or facilities management systems. This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. Estimated compensation for this position: 55,000.00 - 80,700.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
