Radiology Technologist – Family Medicine (Full-Time, Days)
PeaceHealth Fisher’s Landing – Vancouver, Washington
Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM | No weekends. No call.
Hiring bonus and relocation assistance may be available.
Compensation: $40.11–$60.17/hour (based on experience and related factors)

We’re looking for a skilled Radiologic Technologist who enjoys working independently, prefers predictable weekday hours, and thrives in an inclusive, people‑focused clinic. What You’ll Do
This role is a great fit for someone who likes leading their own workflow. You’ll be the solo X‑ray Technologist on duty each day.
Your responsibilities include:
Prepare each exam room and ensure equipment is ready.
Review patient history, prior images, and lab results to guide each exam.
Perform standard x‑ray exams using safe, accurate positioning.
Provide patients with clear instructions and caring communication.
Adjust exams based on patient needs or unexpected issues.
Apply radiation safety practices, including ALARA principles.
Check for pregnancy when appropriate.
Perform portable and occasional surgical x‑rays with proper safety measures.
Keep your daily workflow organized and complete required documentation.
Support students or new caregivers when asked.
Assist with general patient care tasks within your licensure and training.
Who Will Thrive in This Role
This position is not ideal for new graduates . You will be the only technologist onsite , so you’ll need to feel confident making decisions, managing your workflow, and performing exams independently.

What You Bring
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
Experience
One year of experience is preferred; independent practice experience is strongly encouraged.
Understanding of age‑specific patient needs.
Venipuncture skills.
PACS/RIS experience (ImageCast/CareCast preferred).
Credentials
Washington State Radiologic Technologist license.
ARRT certification in Radiography.
Basic Life Support (BLS) at hire.
Skills
Clear and respectful communication.
Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
Comfort with standard office and imaging equipment.
