Overview:
ACS Professional Staffing is looking for an employee to work on-site with our client. This Project Manager 2 will lead end-to-end project planning and execution, applying PMI-based methodologies to support portfolio, asset, and change management initiatives. This role requires hands-on experience with MS Project, Microsoft Office, and intermediate proficiency in SharePoint, Visio, and Access. The position will coordinate resources, manage risks, schedules, and deliverables, and provide clear status reporting to stakeholders. Qualified candidates bring portfolio management experience in an asset-intensive, energy, or utility environment, with ISO 55000 knowledge preferred. PMI/PMP and Change Management certifications are required, along with a proven ability to drive process adoption and continuous improvement. This full-time position is located in Vancouver, Washington.
Pay Rate: $39.99 - $57.14

Responsibilities:
Help facilitate and coordinate the completion of training and change management efforts supporting the process changes implementation and adoption.
Provide project management skills to support project planning and process, providing guidance on the PMI-based project management methodology and best practices, including:
Investigate ways to integrate project constraints into the business portfolio decision-making process.
Identify and request necessary subject matter experts needed during the project.
