The Lending Services Administration Manager provides administrative oversight for Lending Services by implementing rates and guidelines, coordinating systems updates/testing, and leading internal support functions. Ensures accuracy across lending systems and documentation, supports compliance, and promotes consistent, controlled lending processes across Consumer and Mortgage Lending Services.

Implement approved rate and pricing changes in all lending systems and channels.
Validate consistency across LOS, core, indirect platforms, website postings, and document templates.
Maintain rate change logs and supporting records.
Perform post-change quality checks and confirm execution with Lending leadership
Maintain and publish Lending Services Guidelines for Consumer loan products. Manager version control, change logs, and documentation history; distribute updates to staff. Track and report policy exceptions and trends.
Coordinate regulatory and compliance updates with Compliance and business partners.
Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate implementation of lending system updates. Coordinate configuration changes for rates, products, and guideline updates. Maintain process documentation and SOPs in coordination with business partners. Identify and escalate system issues/risks; partner with IT and vendors to resolve.
Coordinate rollout and communication of guideline, rate, and systems updates. Serve as liaison between Lending Services and Organizational Development for training. Keep documentation and job aids current.
Supervise Title Clerks and Lending Support Specialist; manage workloads and performance.
Oversee the Consumer Lending JIRA Service Desk queue and related support workflows.
Ensure lien perfection, title tracking, and collateral documentation controls are maintained. Monitor exceptions and resolution timelines; escalate risks as needed.
Support internal/external audits and examinations; provide requested reporting/analysis. Monitor corrective action plans and documentation qualify reviews.
Coordinate preparation and publication of the quarterly Credit Risk Management Report for Credit Risk Committee. Collect required inputs from content owners and ensure formatting, accuracy, and completeness. Incorporate post-meeting revisions as directed and maintain version control/archives.
