We are seeking a high performing HR Advisor to join our HR Service Center team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for caregivers and leaders, providing consistent, responsive, and expert HR support across benefits, pay, policies and employment matters.

Serve as the trusted first point of contact for caregivers and leaders.
Provide accurate guidance on benefits, pay, policies, employment practices.
Deliver high first-contact resolution while ensuring compliance.
Support a modern HR Shared Services model focused on service excellence.
Your work directly impacts caregiver satisfaction, operational efficiency, and organizational trust.
What You’ll Do
Customer Service & Case Resolution
Serve as primary contact via phone and case management system
Manage high-volume inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
Deliver excellent first-contact resolution whenever possible
Accurately intake, document, categorize, and route cases as needed
HR & Benefits Expertise
Provide detailed guidance on topics such as:
Medical, dental, vision, retirement, and voluntary benefits
Leave of absence basics
Payroll timing, deductions, and timekeeping
Policy interpretation and general HR processes
Educate caregivers on self-service tools and system navigation
Research complex issues and gather necessary information
Contribute to knowledgebase improvements and process refinement
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 2+ years of HR experience
Strong background in benefits and general HR
Experience working in a high-volume service environment
Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare industry experience
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, CEBS, etc.)
Experience with major HRIS platforms
The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $31.60 – $47.40. This is a full time 1.0 FTE position. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, seniority, etc.
