Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $30 - $45 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Directional Drill Locator / HDD Tracking Specialist:
Use advanced locating equipment (Falcon f5) to track and guide the drill head during HDD operations
Ensuring accuracy, safety, and avoidance of existing utilities
Track drill head in real-time using locating systems
Communicate constantly with drill operator
Maintain proper depth, pitch, and alignment
Verify locates and potholing before drilling
Perform calibration and accuracy checks daily
Document bore paths and job data
Available shifts:
Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
2-4+ years HDD locating experience
Experience with DigiTrak or similar systems
Strong communication skills (you and driller are a unit)
Ability to interpret ground conditions and adjust
