is needed for permanent, full-time employment.
Job Dutie
s
:
Plan, organize, and oversee residential remodeling projects from start to finish. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to company's quality standards. Plan and manage multiple remodeling projects from pre-construction through final walk-through. Put together and maintain project schedules, timelines, and work scopes. Obtain necessary permits and ensure all inspections are scheduled and passed. Coordinate the work of subcontractors and inhouse crews. Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing project concerns. Ensure project goals are met within contract timelines, budget, and quality. Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to avoid scope gaps. Monitor job sites for safety, cleanliness, and workflow. Manage project budgets and track costs against estimates. Resolve construction project issues that arise and ensure prompt communication of changes. Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs and job progress reports.
Education/Certification:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Experience:
Three

) years of experience as a
Construction Project Manager.

Requirements
:
Demonstrated knowledge of residential construction, residential building codes and regulations, as well as the understanding of architectural and structural plans, and familiarity with trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.), project scheduling, creating and managing build schedules. Demonstrated experience of coordinating subcontractors and inspections, managing delivery of materials and lead times, cost estimation and budget management, site safety and compliance, as well as enforcement of OSHA standards and safety protocols, ensuring jobsite cleanliness and risk mitigation. Demonstrated experience of creating accurate cost estimates, tracking budgets and managing overruns, as well as working with bids and change orders.
