Skills and Requirements
Program & Delivery Experience
• 4+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 3+ years delivering complex, cross functional security or technology programs
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams across Security Operations (e.g., SOC, Incident Response, Detection Engineering, Threat Intelligence)
• Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and deliver programs using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and/or hybrid delivery models.
Security Operations Knowledge
• Strong understanding of Security Operations domains, including:
• Incident response and crisis management
• Threat detection and monitoring
• Vulnerability management and operational risk
• Security tooling lifecycle (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, IDS/IPS)
• Familiarity with common security frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, and MITRE ATT&CK
Program Governance & Execution
• Experience establishing and running program governance, including intake, prioritization, dependency management, and delivery reporting
• Ability to define and track OKRs, KPIs, and operational metrics to measure program health, outcomes, and risk
• Experience managing program financials, resourcing, and capacity planning
Stakeholder & Leadership Skills
• Strong ability to partner with Security, Technology, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Business stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across teams
