Our Project Manager is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects across various functional areas. Typically, employees in this function are working towards or have achieved certification in project management. Provides subject matter expertise in areas including project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation, facilitation, and other areas of expertise based on established project management techniques. Make presentations to manage project updates, project cycle, and expected results. Ensure projects are completed on time and in scope. May manage vendor and service providers to define project scope and performance expectations.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within Canada (except for the Saskatchewan province) as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
Consult with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of program/project scope and objectives with the organization's strategic objectives and the Voice of the Customer
Raise awareness of any misalignment or misunderstanding of project scope and objectives with applicable stakeholders
Identify project duration, effort, sequence and dependencies of tasks required to meet applicable project objectives
Develop/contribute to project budgets and forecasts, obtaining approvals from applicable stakeholders
Apply project life cycle methodology and tools as you develop, document and implement project communication plans

Required Qualifications:
2+ years of project management or 5+ years of experience with software implementation in the healthcare industry
Experience with project management tools (i.e. Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, or related)
Experience managing projects of medium to large scope
Experience managing multiple projects at the same time (12-15 at various stages)
Experience managing project teams
Experience leading or participating in process improvement initiatives
Proven ability to facilitate meetings with all levels of project teams and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP Certification
5+ years of experience in a project management role
Smartsheet experience
Experience working with global project teams
Proven knowledge of:
medical imaging implementations and workflows
databases and enterprise-class information systems
health care imaging - specifically Radiology and Cardiology
cloud-based systems
Demonstrated intermediate familiarity with interface standards such as HL7, FHIR, DICOM and others
Proven ability to work effectively under stressful situations, while maintaining a high degree of professionalism
Proven solid interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills within a multicultural environment
Proven ability to manage project risks

Canada Residents Only: The salary range for Canada residents is $82,700 to $171,900 annually. Add the Additional reference to account for variable pay if Sales (84-92). Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
