The impact you’ll have:
The Contract Administrator plays a key role in the presales process by owning the finalization of the legal project documentation required to initiate a service engagement. This resource follows and coordinates various elements of the Statement of Work to ensure quality and legal requirements are met in a service engagement opportunity.
Softchoice is looking to add another member to our Professional Services administration team. Softchoice is a forward-looking, growth-oriented technology solutions provider and this role will have a direct impact on our customers and their satisfaction with our solutions offering.
This role is hybrid with the expectation of working in your local office 2 times per month.
What you’ll do:
Working in conjunction with Sales Executives, Journey Architects, Engineering Managers, Legal and the Project Management Office (PMO) to deliver a quality Statement of Work for our end client(S)
Co-ordinating and tracking Peer Review resources based on technical expertise within an established SLA.
Accountable for project booking activities within the Sales Force Platform in establish SLA.
Delivering continual process improvement initiatives with other business units.
Working with IT, Pre-Sales and other business units to maintain and improve SOW process and procedures
Responsible for managing escalations on assigned Statement of Work to ensure they are complete within SLA.
Ensuring accurate Statements of Work are sent to customers.
Engaging and co-ordinating with the Legal Team for custom Statements of Work
Providing ad-hoc reporting as needed
What you’ll bring to the table:
2+ years of experience in customer support, operational support, or contract management.
A university degree or college diploma, or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.
Exceptional written communication skills and keen attention to detail required.
Ability to interact professionally with senior management and other business units
In-depth knowledge of Excel & Word programs
Salesforce experience is an asset.
High degree of initiative, sense of urgency, and responsiveness
Driven to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Self-driven, motivated to excel, ability to work with minimal supervision, and maintain productivity
Requirement to work 9AM - 5PM PST or 12PM - 8PM EST for west coast coverage.
Compensation:
A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position in Ontario is $54,000 to $68,000 annually + 6% Target Incentives.
Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, education, and related certification. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
