Core Responsibilities
Confidently and efficiently runs their section and provides memorable service experiences.
Handles guest complaints with kindness and understanding.
Sets and upholds positive vibes throughout the room.
Shows impeccable menu knowledge and makes informed and genuine recommendations that enhance the guests experience.
Works seamlessly between the Front of House and Back of House and follows all steps of service to the highest standard.
Who we're looking for:
Exceptional servers with a desire to learn and become 'all-rounders'. Team-oriented individuals who are hard-working, genuinely friendly, optimistic, respectful and kind. We strive to create a safe and accepting environment for all, and value like-minded people who are passionate about getting the job done right.
Min 2 years table service experience.
Thrives in a team environment.
Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
Must be able to lift and carry boxes.
Able to stand for up to 10 hours.
Bartending experience, or an interest and drive to learn about our bar program, is a bonus!
