Job Description

The Senior Technical Program Manager II (Sr. TPM II) – Go-To-Market (GTM) owns end-to-end technical delivery of enterprise-critical Go-To-Market (GTM) and Design & Development Evolution (DDE) initiatives. This role operates at a senior altitude, leading programs with significant architectural complexity, multiple engineering teams, and material seasonal business impact. The Sr. TPM II is accountable for delivery predictability, technical risk management, and executive-level decision framing across the GTM value chain.

Key Responsibilities – Technical Program Leadership

• Own delivery of large-scale, multi-season GTM and DDE programs spanning design tooling, FlexPLM, digital asset platforms, APIs, data platforms, and cloud infrastructure.

• Lead execution of Design & Development Evolution (DDE), including Adobe design workflows, digital libraries, FlexPLM integrations, and 3D enablement.

• Translate GTM and seasonal milestones (GLF Global Line Finalization, GLA Global Line Architecture, GLP Global Line Plan, CKO Creative Kickoff) into sequenced technical delivery plans with clear ownership and accountability.

Key Responsibilities – Risk, Dependency & Architecture Management

• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate architectural, security, scalability, and delivery risks across GTM and DDE initiatives.

• Partner with senior engineering and architecture leaders to manage system trade-offs and technical debt.

• Serve as the primary escalation owner for risks threatening seasonal execution or enterprise outcomes.

Key Responsibilities – Executive & Stakeholder Leadership

• Act as a trusted delivery partner to Director, VP, and SVP-level stakeholders.

• Translate technical complexity into clear business impact, delivery options, and executive recommendations.

• Drive alignment across Design, Product Development, Technical Development, Engineering, Architecture, Data, and Security teams.

Key Responsibilities – Execution Excellence

• Drive outcome-oriented execution using RAID management, milestone health, and delivery metrics.

• Ensure non-functional requirements (performance, reliability, security, operability) are embedded into GTM and DDE solutions.

• Lead pilots, scale launches, and post-launch stabilization with clear readiness criteria.

Scope & Impact

• Owns high-impact DDE and GTM programs with enterprise visibility and seasonal revenue impact.

• Operates across multiple platforms and domains with ambiguous or evolving requirements.

• Influences technical delivery standards and execution frameworks beyond a single program.

Skills and Requirements

10–14+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or engineering-adjacent leadership roles.

• Proven track record delivering complex, cross-platform programs.

• Strong technical fluency across front-end systems, APIs, data platforms, and cloud infrastructure.

• Experience operating in global, distributed team environments.
