The Opportunity
Build the future with us - As a Senior Proposal Manager , you will help shape winning strategies for some of the most impactful infrastructure, environmental, advisory, and engineering projects across Canada. You’ll collaborate with experts nationwide to develop compelling, client‑focused proposals that strengthen WSP’s position as an industry leader.
This is a one-year contract position.
Your Impact
Lead the end‑to‑end development of high‑quality proposals for multidisciplinary pursuits.
Facilitate strategy sessions and collaborate with technical teams to define win themes and value propositions.
Develop compliant, persuasive content tailored to client needs and solicitation requirements.
Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations across multiple concurrent pursuits.
Coordinate reviews, incorporate feedback, and ensure brand, messaging, and quality standards are met.
Analyze solicitation documents (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs) to identify requirements, risks, and competitive insights.
Support continuous improvement by contributing to pursuit debriefs, content libraries, and best practices.
The Skills That Set You Apart
Experience managing complex proposals in AEC, infrastructure, government, or related sectors.
Strong understanding of public‑sector procurement processes.
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling narrative.
Skilled in project coordination, writing, editing, and deadline‑driven work.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite; experience with proposal collaboration platforms is an asset.
Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced pursuit environment.

Compensation
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $104,100 – $138,000
MB & ON: $95,000 – $130,800
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $94,100 – $124,900
