Y our Impact Starts Here – Join our BC Ecology and Environmental Impact Assessment team and help deliver projects that shape communities, protect ecosystems, and support sustainable development across the province. In this role, you’ll manage multidisciplinary environmental projects, collaborate with brilliant colleagues , and contribute to work that has lasting impact.
With our flexible hybrid work model, you can be based near any WSP office across British Columbia. Your Impact
Lead the scoping and planning of small‑, medium‑, and large‑scale environmental projects that help clients meet regulatory requirements and sustainability goals.
Deliver project outcomes that support stronger communities, resilient environments, and informed decision-making.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to advance high‑profile environmental assessments and permitting processes.
Shape winning proposals, prepare cost estimates, and guide technical reporting to drive clear, actionable conclusions.
Monitor project health—budget, schedule, KPIs, receivables, and variance—to ensure successful delivery.
Advance project execution excellence through strong quality, communication, risk, and safety management plans.
Coach and mentor junior project team members to support their growth and strengthen team capability.
Demonstrate and reinforce a “Safety First” mindset across all project phases.
The Skills That Set You Apart
You bring 5+ years of hands‑on project management experience , ideally within consulting or a similarly dynamic, multi‑project environment.
You thrive working with multidisciplinary teams and navigating complex environmental and regulatory challenges.
You’ve successfully delivered projects by combining strong planning skills with adaptability, curiosity, and problem‑solving confidence.
You’re experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, and are comfortable learning new systems; Oracle CRM or PMP certification is an asset.
You demonstrate a safety‑focused approach to field and office work, ensuring high-quality and compliant outcomes.
You consistently deliver accurate, high-quality work and maintain excellent organizational systems to manage multiple competing priorities.

Compensation
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $104,100 – $138,000
MB & ON: $95,000 – $130,800
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $94,100 – $124,900
