Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Data Integration & Strategic Analytics Lead who will be responsible for unifying data across multiple organizations following an acquisition and major transformation. This role focuses on integrating data by aligning data structures, standardizing KPIs, and resolving inconsistencies across systems to create a single, trusted source of truth.
Partnering closely with business leaders and technical teams, this role ensures that integrated data is reliable, scalable, and ready to support customer insights, analytics, and executive decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
● System Integration & Data Translation:
○ Lead the "Discovery and Mapping" phase to identify data sources, owners, and
critical dependencies between acquired and acquiring systems.
○ Architect and maintain complex reference tables and cross-walks to ensure
seamless translation between legacy source data and new target schemas.
○ Standardize critical business logic and data definitions; reconcile disparate KPI
frameworks (e.g., Sales vs. Revenue definitions) into a single, unified reporting
standard.
● Program Leadership & Cross-Functional Orchestration:
○ Own the integration roadmap, managing milestones and risks across 15stakeholder groups, including Engineering, Product, Finance, and Legal.
○ Act as a Trusted Advisor to executive leadership, spotting logic gaps or
cannibalization risks before they impact the business.
● Technical ETL & Data Wrangling:
○ Oversee the full ETL lifecycle (Extraction, Transformation, Loading), ensuring
transformation logic accounts for nuances in both data systems.
○ Automate reporting pipelines using SQL and enterprise BI tools to reduce manual
overhead and ensure data consistency.
