Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to support a major Canadian Telecom provider on network migration initiatives focused on decommissioning legacy infrastructure. This role will manage multiple concurrent projects involving copper‑to‑fiber retirements and Central Office (CO) migrations, primarily fiber‑to‑fiber. The Project Manager will serve as the central coordination point across 10+ stakeholder groups, including construction, engineering, network planning, PMO, and Business Solutions teams. Responsibilities include owning detailed migration schedules, ensuring readiness for nightly cutovers (no overnight work required), resolving scheduling conflicts driven by business customer needs, and providing clear communication and escalation management to keep timelines on track.

Skills and Requirements
• 10+ years of Project Management experience.
• Telecom industry experience and working knowledge of ISP, OSP, Mobility, Wireless, Wireline, Copper and Fiber networks
• Proven experience delivering large‑scale telecom or network infrastructure projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to manage highly complex schedules with multiple dependencies. PMP or other formal Project Management certification.
Experience with Central Office migrations.
Familiarity with Google‑based platforms and tools.
