Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Product Marketing Manager (Sales-Led Growth) to own enterprise ABM, sales enablement materials, business-tier deals, and label/manager partnerships. Success will be measured on having an active enterprise pipeline within 90 days, 2-3 enterprise deals contributing ARR in the first year, over 5 proof packages built within 90 days, and partner channel producing sign-ups within 4 months.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain proof libraries mapped to prospect profiles.
• Own pitch decks, ROI tools, objection handling, and battlecards.
• Maintain a continuous feedback loop with sales.
• Own business-tier positioning distinct from self-serve messaging.
• Identify and tier target enterprise accounts.
• Coordinate warm introductions and executive briefings.
• Track enterprise pipeline and deal progression.
• Support leadership in C-suite meetings.
• Build and manage label and manager partnerships.
• Own onboarding, co-marketing, and relationship-driven deal support.
• Represent the company at industry events.

• 3–5+ years in B2B product marketing, sales enablement, or ABM.
• Enterprise deal support experience.
• Ability to package complex data into sales narratives.
• Creator economy or music industry knowledge.
• AI-native production workflow.
