In the role of Manager, National Accounts based in proximity of Vancouver, BC you will be part of the National On-Premises Key account team. The Manager, National Accounts is responsible for the development and execution of the strategies for a group of key on-premise customers. The Manager, National Accounts will be measured on their ability to deliver short term and long term sustainable profit and volume growth for Molson Coors while delivering against the specific needs of their customers.
This position reports to Sr. Key Account Manager and works closely with CST, Brand Marketing Mgrs/Directors while requiring alignment from area sales Managers/Director’s; Interfaces with Finance, Hr, Public Relations, Legal, Government Affairs, Six Pints
What You’ll Be Brewing:
Deliver channel volume, profit, and share targets
Develop customer strategy and ensure annual delivery against the strategy
Lead cross functional virtual business team for the customer
Develop in conjunction with channel marketing specific customer/channel/brand plans
Organize and execute specific events within customer group
Develop “key influencers” network
Manage and execute assigned customer budgets
Communicate/coordinate with field sales (and other departments) where appropriate to execute customer/brand plans
Maintain/develop strong customer relationships and maintain customer matched contact list
Adhere to all regulatory policies
Serve as the “voice of the customer” within Molson Coors

You have a Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in the field of Bev Alc

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $94,800.00 - $124,400.00 (posting salary range) + 19% target short term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
